Mark Reed joined Bill Kane (BioMed Realty Trust), Etchell Cordero (Ironwood Pharmaceuticals) and Greg Lucas (CBRE) as an expert panelist for NAIOP’s Lab Investment and Development 101 Program held on October 23rd. Mark gave an architect’s perspective on trends and factors for developing leased laboratory space. The lively event featured the panelists in Red Sox garb as it preceded the Sox’s Game One victory over the Cardinals.
